Turn Right after Whiskey Creek on
Canyon Blvd. (at 3rd signal)
Follow Canyon Blvd as it curves and turn Left
on Lakeview Drive.
(2nd street) Go 1/2 mile to the Seasons4 office just
to your Right.

Seasons 4 Condominium Rentals
- Please
note full payment is required to hold a reservation.
- Additional
persons cannot be accomodated in any of the units.
- Minimum
rental (non-holiday) 2 nights; holiday - varies
with holiday.
- Notice
of cancellation and date change, 30 days prior
to arrival.
- Cancellations
made within 30 days of arrival - refund subject
to unit re-rental.
- No
refunds for early departure.
- A
service charge of 10% of your total reservation
on all refunds and a $10.00 service charge on
all reservation changes.
- Security
deposit of $200 per reservation to be refunded
within 72 hours if unit is left in satisfactory,
undamaged condition.
- Sorry,
no pets.
