Seasons 4 Condominium Rentals
- Please note full payment is required
to hold a reservation.
- Additional persons cannot be accomodated
in any of the units.
- Special weekly rates: call 1-800-732-7664.
- Minimum rental (non-holiday) 2 nights;
holiday - varies with holiday.
- Notice of cancellation and date change,
30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 30 days
of arrival - refund subject to unit re-rental.
- No refunds for early departure.
- A service charge of 10% of your total
reservation on all refunds and a $10.00 service charge
on all reservation changes.
- Security deposit of $200 per reservation
to be refunded within 72 hours if unit is left in satisfactory,
undamaged condition.
- Sorry, no pets.
