Please note full payment is required to hold a reservation.

Minimum rental (non-holiday) 2 nights; holiday - varies with holiday.
Notice of cancellation and date change, 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival - refund subject to unit re-rental.
No refunds for early departure.
A service charge of 10% of your total reservation on all refunds and a $10.00 service charge on all reservation changes.
Security deposit of $200 per reservation to be refunded within 72 hours if unit is left in satisfactory, undamaged condition.
