Pets: This unit does allow dogs (NO cats) upon approval, with an additional pet fee . Prior notice must be given. Any pets brought without prior notice will result in additional pet and cleaning fees. Restrictions do apply. 
 
Unit #127 is a cozy downstairs corner one bedroom one bath condominium (sleeps up to 4) that is the perfect small Mammoth family get-away. The extra window in the dining area gives this corner unit a very light and airy feel, providing all the comforts of home and is waiting for you to enjoy and create new memories! 
 
Sleeping: The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress plus a 38" flat screen TV.  The alcove in the entry has a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top.  The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping (maximum 4 guests) 
 
Fireplace: Relax in front of the stack stone fireplace with a wood burning stove with wood provided on the balcony.  Wood is provided upon availability, we do our best to make sure the wood is sufficient. 
 
Kitchen:  The kitchen has all of the appliances to complete your meal with all your basic eating and cooking utensils. This unit has a regular drip coffee maker. 
 
Electronics: 55" smart flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, and a 38" flat screen TV in the  bedroom. 
 
Internet: Free WIFI Internet service with a network and password specifically for this condo. 
 
Ski Locker: A season's locker at Canyon Lodge is also available for your use, the key and directions are available at the office. Don't haul your ski or snowboard equipment back and forth anymore! 
 
Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility.  Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits.
