What time is check-in and check-out?

Guaranteed check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please check with the office for earlier arrival times or an extended check-out. Restrictions apply.

Yes. The minimum rental is 2 nights.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in most units, and a pet must be approved prior to booking. You can see which condos are pet friendly on the Pet Friendly page.

What are the house rules?

The guest booking and registering the condo must be 21 years of age or older. All condos are non smoking. No additional persons may be accommodated beyond the stated occupancy of the condominium.

What amenities are in the common area?

A heated swimming pool in summer, a hot spa, and a game room with a pool table, ping pong and foosball, along with laundry facilities and the office. Horseshoes are also available during the summer behind the pool area.

Is there WiFi?

WiFi internet service is available in all but one condominium. Free long distance service is included in some of the condominiums, so see the individual condo description for details.

Is housekeeping provided during my stay?

Your condominium is ready on arrival with fresh quality thread count sheets, a bath towel, hand towel, face cloth, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, facial tissue and paper towels. We do not provide daily housekeeping, but you are welcome to exchange towels once per day, limited to the size of the condo you have rented. Extra towels are not supplied for the pool or spa, so please use the towels from your condo.

Is there a shuttle?

Yes. A free shuttle and the Town Trolley run throughout the year with 4 stops in front of Seasons 4 Condominiums. Seasons 4 is located close to Canyon Lodge, The Village at Mammoth and the Lakes Basin.

How do I reach the office?

The office is open from 9:00 AM until 10:30 PM daily, closing at 5:00 PM in spring and fall. Call 760-934-2030 locally or 800-732-7664 toll free. For after-hours emergencies, call 760-934-6949. The office is at 244 Lakeview Blvd, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546.
