Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your booking of accommodations from Seasons 4 Condominium Rentals ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations and Bookings

A reservation is confirmed only after you complete the booking flow and we (or our payment processor) successfully charge the required amount. We may decline or cancel a reservation at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or unavailability of the property. Confirmed reservations are subject to the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking.

2. Payment, Fees, and Taxes

You agree to pay the total amount disclosed at checkout, including nightly rates, fees, deposits, and applicable taxes. Charges are processed by our payment provider; by providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due. We may place a hold or pre-authorization on your payment method to cover incidentals or damage.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation policy that applies to your reservation is the one shown at checkout and on your booking confirmation. Refunds, if any, are issued under that policy and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Guest Conduct and House Rules

By staying at one of our properties, you agree to:

  • Use the property solely for short-term lodging by the registered guests.
  • Comply with house rules, occupancy limits, and any community or HOA regulations.
  • Respect quiet hours and neighbors; no parties or events without prior written approval.
  • Refrain from illegal activity, smoking where prohibited, and any conduct that damages the property or disturbs others.

We may terminate a stay without refund and pursue costs and damages if these rules are violated.

5. Damage, Loss, and Liability

You are responsible for damage to the property or its contents caused during your stay, beyond ordinary wear and tear. We may charge your payment method for repair or replacement costs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your stay or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation in question.

6. Assumption of Risk

Use of pools, hot tubs, kitchens, outdoor areas, equipment, and surrounding amenities is at your own risk. You are responsible for the safety and supervision of any minors or guests in your party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Seasons 4 Condominium Rentals or our service providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site or making a booking, you acknowledge that policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect when posted; continued use of the site after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Policies may change without notice

  • All rates are subject to the Town Transient Occupancy Tax of 13%.

  • All rates are subject to the TBID assessment of 1%

  • Minimum rental, 2 nights.

  • All rates subject to change without notice.

  • 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.

  • A one-time $20.00 security fee will be charged giving you peace of mind during your stay and coverage up to $1500.00 for any accidental damage that might occur.

  • Guest booking the condo and registering must be 21 years of age or older.

  • All condos are Non Smoking.

  • Sorry, No pets allowed in most units and MUST be approved prior to booking.

  • No additional persons may be accommodated in any of the condominiums.

  • Guaranteed check in 4 pm and check out 10 am please check with office for earlier arrival times or an extended check out, restrictions apply.

  • Cancel Policy: Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to re-rental of the property. If we’re successful in the re-rental of your reservation, we will refund less a 10% cancel fee or move your reservation to a date in the future at no additional fee, unless the rate increases due to a date change or change in the size of the condo, as long as the property has been re-rented.

  • An administrative fee of $10 will be charged on all reservation changes.

  • All condominiums will be ready for your arrival with fresh quality thread count sheets, bath towel, hand towel, face cloth, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, facial tissue and paper towels. We don’t provide daily housekeeping, however, you are welcome to exchange towels once per day limited to the size condo you’ve rented. Sorry, no extra towels supplied for the pool or spa, you may use the towels from your condo at the pool or spa.

  • Wifi internet service in all but 1 condominium, free long distance service in some of the condominiums, see condo descriptions for details.

  • During COVID, most if not all of the facilities are closed

  • Heated swimming pool (summer only), hot spa and game room with a pool table, ping pong, Foosball and laundry facilities are available in the common area along with the office area. The office is open from 9 am until 10:30 pm daily (spring and fall close at 5pm). Horseshoes are also available during the summer time behind the pool area.

  • Activity or retail coupons available at the front desk

  • A FREE Shuttle or Town Trolley runs throughout the year with 4 stops in front of Seasons 4 Condominiums.
