Unit #105 is a downstairs one bedroom, one bath condo (sleeps up to 4) full of charm and decorated in a contemporary country décor. 
 
Living room: A beautiful brick wood burning stove greets you as you step into the living room to relax on the sectional sofa with hide-a-bed.  Additionally, there is a flat screen tv for your viewing pleasure.
 
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils, perfect for a home-away-from-home cooked meal. There is a drip coffee maker in the unit.  
 
Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom holds a cozy queen size bed. You have also an extra flat screen TV in the bedroom to relax in and enjoy the nights you will be staying up here in Mammoth. For your guests, there is an alcove with a spacious queen bottom bunk and twin bunk on top. The sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping options. 
 
Enjoy free WI-FI  service for your work, pleasure or streaming.  Mammoth is a beautiful place for relaxing and enjoying nature, with awesome sky and amazing mountains. Great for skiing and hiking or simply to enjoying the nature views. 
 
Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include:  Hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility.  Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's.
